Bash of Doom - BayBash II
La Quinta Inn Coliseum Airport - Oakland, CA
July 3-8, 2008

Unconventional. That is the best way to describe the second Bash in the Bay Area. This is the first Bash to have more outings outside the hotel than events in the hotel. This was also the first Bash to be infested with LOLcats. I can has cheezburger? Once again, Ironclaw was played. So was Mao. Also, many trips to Charlie Chan's, the local Chinese/American restaurant (F.V. James visited it every day of the Bash) as well as downtown San Francisco.

Due to an error by the hotel, we did not have a meeting room for this Bash, but we did get two connecting hotel rooms, which provided something new for us: Beds in the "meeting room". All in all, this was a great Bash. Doom and Evan Drake deserve a round of applause. And a monkey.
