Due to the fact that we could no longer hold the Bash in Phil's house any more, we've decided to transform the Bash into a roaming gathering.  This Bash was located in the suburbs of Chicago, IL (a city known as Elgin, IL).  Due to this, there was a registration fee that needed to be charged to cover conference room costs.  But people showed up anyway and everyone had an excellent time!
